We decided to use First Time Response Limited when we first met Shelley at a BNI meeting back in September 2004. They were a newly established company with a lot of enthusiasm and drive. My partner and I thought the concept was very practical for our needs so we went ahead with the week's free trial. We have never looked back!
Our calls are always answered professionally and friendly, leaving our clients unaware they are not calling the office. After just 1 week I cannot speak highly enough of Shelley & Brian. They have taken all our calls, having only been given a brief 'script' and handled them superbly.
I have fought shy in the past of using a call response centre because they generally just take calls and pass on messages. However Shelley has used initiative and intelligence to answer a host of inquiries, book in quotes and jobs for us while contacting us only when she had a query for which she needed advice. Just a quick note to say thank you so much for the extremely professional way in which you and your staff have been answering my company's calls. I have had comments from many people saying that they thought I had taken on more staff and increased the size of my business and many regularly say how alike we sound!
There are numerous ways of answering a call, the most common seems to be by someone who really wishes they didn’t have to answer the call in the first place and it is more of a chore than a desire. I firmly believe having built my business for over 10 years that you only get one chance to make a first impression.
